Our Process

Sourcing
We buy at the mine head in Swat, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kohistan — meeting miners directly rather than working through the parcel market in Peshawar.
02.
Selection & Grading
Every stone is examined for colour, clarity, and any sign of treatment. Anything that doesn't meet grade is rejected before it reaches the workshop.
03.
Cutting & Polishing
Our in-house cutters work each rough for maximum colour and brilliance, not maximum weight retention. Calibrated sizes are cut to order.
04.
Certification & Export
Stones are lab-tested, documented, and shipped fully insured with the paperwork your customs authority requires.
